Deposits & Cancellations

At The Egg Bistro, we look forward to helping make your special occasion memorable. To ensure proper planning, staffing, and availability, we require a reservation deposit for catered and private events.

Reservation Deposits

• Under $500: 25% ($100 min.)
• $500–$1,000: 25% ($150 min.)
• Over $1,000: 20% ($250 min.)
• Prime holiday dates: $500 min.

All reservation deposits are applied toward your final event balance.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable if the guest cancels after the event has been confirmed.

Your event date is not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received and the reservation terms have been accepted.

Payment Schedule

For events over $1,000:

• At booking: The required reservation deposit is due.
• Seven days before the event: Payments totaling 50% of the confirmed event amount are due.
• Day of the event: The remaining balance is due, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For events of $1,000 or less, the remaining balance is due no later than the event date unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Additional charges for changes in guest count, menu selections, beverages, extended service, or other requested services will be included in the final balance.

Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days before the event

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded.

8–14 days before the event

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Additional reasonable, documented, nonrecoverable expenses may be charged when provided for in the signed event agreement, without duplicating amounts already retained.

7 days or fewer before the event

The reservation deposit remains non-refundable. Additional cancellation charges may apply for committed food, staffing, and preparation expenses, as outlined in the signed event agreement.

Any additional payments exceeding the amounts properly due under the agreement will be refunded.

Rescheduling and Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

Requests to reschedule an event may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and management approval.

A one-time transfer of a reservation deposit to a new available date may be permitted with ownership approval.

Cancellation by The Egg Bistro

If The Egg Bistro must cancel your event and cannot provide the contracted services, all payments received will be refunded in full.

Booking Confirmation

By paying the reservation deposit and accepting the event agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to The Egg Bistro's deposit and cancellation terms.
